Snowbird Margarita

2 oz of tequila

1 oz of blackberry rosemary syrup

0.5 oz of triple sec

lime juice (half a lime)

Garnish: black berries, lime wedge, star anise

Blackberry Rosemary Syrup

1:1 sugar to water

1 oz blackberries per fluid ounce of water

simmer water, sugar, and blackberries for about 10 minutes and gently mash your blackerries once they soften and change color to get all of their juice out.

cut the heat and add your rosemary, leave to infuse for 8 minutes.

then strain through a fine mesh strainer or sieve and refrigerate.

Christmas in Manhattan Martini

2 oz of bourbon

0.5 oz of Mirto (any tart dark berry liquor)

0.25 oz of lemon juice

0.5 oz of cinnamon syrup

stir in glass with ice

double strain into chilled martini glass

Garnish: maraschino cherries

Cran Amaretto Kiss

1.5 oz of vodka

1.5 oz of amaretto

2.5 oz of cranberry juice

0.5 oz of clementine juice (half a clementine)

Garnish: cranberries & a sprig of rosemary
